our son is coming to play
At about 4.30am this morning Emma started having labour contractions. At about 6.30 she woke me up and I called the hospital to let them know. They, of course, told us to relax and wait till things become more progressed. It's now 4.47pm and we are still waiting around home for things to get interesting. I think Emma is a little disappointed as she expected things to be well underway by now. Not to worry, I'm sure this afternoon will bring some progress. At present she is still contracting about 10-12 minutes apart, so there may be a long way to go yet.
